1. Definitions

"WPSI": The NGO registered in Syria.

4. Donation Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

5.1 Beneficiary Eligibility

5.2 Volunteer Commitments

Background checks required for field roles.
Remote volunteers must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

7. User-Generated Content

8. Disclaimers

Medical/Legal Services: Provided by professionals, but WPSI does not guarantee outcomes.
Emergency Relief: Subject to security conditions in Syria.

9. Liability Limitations

WPSI is not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., reputational harm).
Acts beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disasters).
Third-party platforms (e.g., social media links).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Jurisdiction: Courts of Idlib, Syria.
Mediation: Parties agree to negotiate in good faith before litigation.

11. Amendments

Changes posted 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use = acceptance of new Terms.
